Melanie´s feedback:
Firstly I would like to start off by saying that I had a lovely time judging this show and thank you to all the exhibitors who supported my entry and also the committee of the show for inviting me to judge.
Although it was a long day I was pleased with the overall quality of dogs, for me some exhibitors need to be aware of body condition and muscle-tone in their dogs hindquarters, for me these are one of the basic components for a show dog and without this the confirmation is affected and so is their movement.
The presentation of dogs was excellent overall and what I was pleased to see is how many people are dedicated to keeping the colours, I know they are not as easy as the blacks. Also I feel I must mention that showing your dogs at a slower pace will also benefit several dogs as their movement became erratic and uncoordinated.
Thank you again for a memorable day.
